Position Title: Crisis and Outreach Director
Reports To: Chief Program Officer
Department: Programs – Housing and Street Outreach
Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: 1081 Broadway, Buffalo, NY 14212 with field responsibilities across Matt Urban Human Services program sites and community locations
Salary Range: Negotiable, starting at $60,000 annually
Supervises: Crisis Response Team members, Street Outreach Specialists, and related support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare program reports as needed, respond to program monitoring, and contribute to funding reports and grant applications.
- Lead quarterly reviews of key performance indicators, including crisis reduction, outreach engagement volume, and housing linkage outcomes.
Hope Gardens Program Supervisor
Supervisor: Permanent Supportive Housing Director
Location: Hope Gardens – 58 Oberlin Ave. Buffalo, NY 14211
Education Requirements: Masters in Social Work or related degree with NYS licensure
Experience: Social work, business/administrative, case management, budgeting, computer skills, public-speaking
Additional Requirements: Valid NYS Driver’s License and an insured, dependable vehicle to use for client services and transportation as needed. CASAC or LCSW.
