About the race

Join us for the Charitable Dyngus Day Run on April 19, 2025, at 10 AM in Delaware Park, Buffalo, NY! This festive 5K race will take you on a fun and energizing trot through the heart of the city, celebrating Polish heritage and community spirit.

The course will take you through the scenic paths of this iconic park, creating a lively atmosphere ideal for participants of all levels, from seasoned runners to casual walkers.
The race will begin near the Buffalo Zoo, with the afterparty and awards ceremony taking place by the Parkside Lodge at 84 Parkside Ave, Buffalo.
Proceeds from the event will go directly to the Matt Urban Center, an incredible organization dedicated to providing essential resources and support to families in need.

After the race, celebrate at Beer Kind Brewing, Ken-Ton’s first brewery, with a self-pour tap wall featuring craft beer, seltzer, mead, wine, and cocktails! And Brazen Brewing, with 24 taps serving all their own beer. Full-service kitchen and dining, cocktails, cider and wines with a large bar area, outdoor patio and beer garden.
Early packet pick-up will be available on Wednesday, April 16 and Thursday, April 17, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at 1081 Broadway, Buffalo.
You can also pick up your packet on race day, April 19, at 84 Parkside, Delaware Park, Buffalo, starting at 8:00 AM.
Wear traditional white and red to make the run vibrant and festive. Want to stand out? Dress in national costume for a chance to win prizes—awarded to the top three outfits. Let’s make this race a colorful and unforgettable celebration!
