3rd Annual Matt Urban Human Services Golf Tournament
Join us at the 3rd annual Charitable Golf Tournament! Matt Urban Human Services is honored to be the beneficiary of this event again this year, with proceeds going to our programs that help revitalize neighborhoods, serve families, and change lives in Buffalo, NY. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, September 6, 2025, in the morning, shotgun start. More details to follow.
Schedule of Events
8:30 AM: Golfers Check-In & Bagged Breakfast Pickup
Raffle tickets available for purchase, basket raffles open
Range and putting greens open
10:00 AM: Shotgun Start
Range and putting greens open
12:30 PM: Hot dogs and hamburgers at the turn
3:00 PM: Post Tournament Party
Live music, cocktails and food on the patio
Awards Announcements: Skills prizes, basket raffles
Team Registration
Team registration includes 18 holes, access to putting range prior to tee off and post tournament event as well as the basket raffle. Player names can follow if you do not have them but must be provided no later than September 1, 2025.
Sponsorships
Unless otherwise noted, sponsorships must be confirmed no later than August 15. All sponsorships include recognition on the event webpage, in the event program and their respective signage at the event as applicable in addition to other listed benefits. Sponsorships can also be mailed with the Registration Form and payment sent to Matt Urban Human Services at 1081 Broadway, Buffalo, NY 14212 Attn: Golf Tournament 2025. In order to secure sponsorship or reserve your team, payment must accompany the Registration Form.

- CO-SPONSOR / $2500 / Includes logo recognition on large banner on the patio during post tournament party, included in pre-and post-event press releases, acknowledgement in post-event thank you materials and reports, complimentary entry of one 4-person team.
- BEVERAGE CART/BAR SPONSOR / $1000 / Includes logo recognition on beverage cart or bar signage.
- HOLE SPONSOR / $500 / Includes logo recognition on hole signage.
- SKILLS SPONSOR / $500 / Sponsor has the option to personally present to the winner during the awards presentation. (longest drive or closest to the pin).
