Home is where we have dignity. Creating this sense of dignity is key to the mission of The Matt Urban Center. Through each of our human services programs, we work to provide and reinforce a sense of home for members of our community.
Our Home for the Holidays campaign is a call for our supporters in the community to help us continue providing these resources to offer a sense of home to those in need. To take those feelings of joy and gratitude in celebrating what we have, and to pay it forward by ensuring that every Buffalonian has a home they deserve. Your contribution can provide:

Cookies for a Cause

Buffalo’s best home bakers will team up to bake off thousands of cookies for this annual cookie exchange. Supporters can pre-order mixed dozens of cookies for their family to enjoy or for gift giving. Cookie boxes are priced at $14 per dozen. All proceeds from cookie sales support the Matt Urban Center’s programs.

Join us for a festive holiday homebrewing competition with our friends from the Sultans of Swig
homebrewing club. Guests will have the chance to sample over 20 different brews and cast their vote for the winner. The event also features basket raffles and a toy collection for youth in our programs. Cost of admission is $20. All proceeds from ticket sales support the Matt Urban Center’s programs.
