Housing & Community Development
Our Housing & Community Development and Maintenance departments manage several affordable apartment buildings, facilitate housing repair programs and community events for low-income members of our community. Their donation wishlist includes:

Homeless Outreach
Our Homeless Outreach team performs weekly street outreach to provide support to homeless individuals and connect them with resources for healthcare, counseling, food, and permanent housing. Our Homeless Outreach team’s donation wishlist includes:

Permanent Supportive Housing
Our Permanent Supportive Housing team facilitates multiple programs with individuals who are chronically homeless. Our Housing First program works with local landlords to secure safe, affordable housing for our homeless clients and provides ongoing case management services. The PSH team also operates three permanent supportive housing locations – Hope Gardens, HELP Buffalo I, and HELP Buffalo II – which provide long-term housing and wraparound case management services for chronically homeless clients, including individuals and families. The Permanent Supportive Housing donation wishlist includes:
