Our neighbors at Jericho Road Community Health Center are hosting a FREE goal setting workshop on Saturday, Jan. 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at their Medically Oriented Gym at 1021 Broadway. Their staff will help you come up with a road map for success with attainable steps to achieve your health and wellness goals. Go check it out and get motivated!
Join the Matt Urban Center and HELP USA for our first “Fall Fest” Health & Wellness event at our HELP Buffalo site! We are hosting this celebration and resource fair in honor of our veterans and their service to our country.
The event will feature food, drinks, prizes, and activities for kids. Guests will also have the opportunity to visit our vendor booths to get information on economic empowerment, job training & education, social and health services and more! Those interested in getting a flu shot will have the opportunity to do so at the event.
