Our outreach workers engage the homeless daily by performing outreach at soup kitchens, parks, homeless camps, under bridges and abandoned buildings. Our focus is the homeless, i.e. those living on the streets, however, we do assist homeless currently living in shelters without case management.
In 2022, our Homeless Outreach staff helped 96 persons who were experiencing homelessness and connected them to resources to help improve their quality of life. They were able to help 32 people exit homelessness into safe housing.
