The Matt Urban Hope Center responds to the needs of the community by providing benefits screening, Emergency Rental Assistance, a clothing boutique, personal essentials pantry, food pantry and daily meals through our Urban Diner.
South Bend Food Pantry
Tuesdays from 12:00-4:00 p.m.
Korsholm Personal Essentials Pantry
Weekdays from 2:00-5:00 p.m. All meals currently served to-go at the front entrance due to COVID-19 protocols.
We are currently assisting community members who are at risk of eviction due to the COVID-19 pandemic with applying to the NYS Emergency Rental Assistance Program.
This team engages with individuals experiencing homelessness daily by performing outreach at various locations in the community.
Hope Works provides low barrier and practical job experience, training, and employment services to help individuals currently or previously experiencing homelessness develop skills needed to improve their quality of life and gain stable employment.
