Hope Gardens Case Manager

The position’s primary responsibility is to maintain a client case load and work as a team to provide services to the individuals of Hope Gardens, a 20-unit permanent supportive housing facility for chronically homeless women.

Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager

The position’s primary responsibility is to maintain a client case load and work as a team to provide services to the individuals of Crossroads.

Senior Services Coordinator

The Senior Services Coordinator has the primary responsibility of successful engagement and daily interaction with the residents of our apartment building for seniors.  They will provide assistance to the residents and make them aware of all aspects of senior citizen programming; providing information and assisting with social services and benefits coordination, and also provide socialization and recreational activities and programming for the residents.
